Community-Based Energy Medicine Experience

Welcome to our Community-Based Energy Medicine Share.

This event is open to anyone who wants to experience reiki and energy healing.

This will be a guided energy healing experience. You can enjoy the crystal bowls, rattles, drums, and songs, as we heal together in a community. Or you can work with a variety of practitioners who offer healing to you.

WHO IS THIS FOR:
* Anyone who is interested in experiencing energy healing, sound healing, and other modalities like breathwork and meditation.
*No experience is needed.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
*We'll meet and hold a short circle for introductions with the practitioners.
*We'll do a group grounding or energy exercise.
*We will work on each other using Reiki, energy healing, drumming, crystal singing bowls, herbs, and other energy medicine techniques.
*Open to people of all skill and interest levels.

WHAT TO BRING:
*Comfortable clothing.
*A water bottle with a lid.
*A sober mind. Please be respectful of this healing space!
