This 8-week group program supports college students in building self-esteem, socializing skills, and emotional resilience. Through discussions, skill-building exercises, and peer support, participants will gain tools to navigate academic and social challenges while fostering personal growth.

Meets virtually every Thursday from 7:15 PM to 8:15 PM,
