Lodge Cast Iron Cornbread Challenge

Sponsored by Lodge Cast Iron. Entries must be brought to the NEW Exhibit Hall Food Stage, located in the back of the Exhibit Hall Building between 6:00pm to 6:30pm for check-in. Judging will begin at 7:00pm sharp and will take place live. We ask that you be present during judging and that all winners are available for prize presentations and pictures afterwards. Two divisions - Traditional & Most Unique.
Rules:
All entries must be made from scratch. No store-bought mixes. Must be brought in a 12" Lodge Cast Iron Skillet. You may enter both divisions. Must have 3"x5" index card with typed or neatly handwritten recipe. $5 entry fee, which includes your fair admission for the contestant only. Open to anyone 10 years old and up. Judging based on appearance, creativity, taste, texture, and aroma.
