Adaptive / Special Needs Zumba® at Bardmoor YMCA

This is an all inclusive dance party based on the Zumba® formula and appropriate for all ages and all abilities. At your request, we will provide a seated version of the class. YMCA memberships are NOT required to participate in this class, it is open to our community. Everyone is welcome to come and dance with us.
