On Monday, July 28, a one-night showing of the Abundant movie will be at the Marcus Theatre on the west side of Bloomington, IL. This film celebrates the humanity that binds us, and the extraordinary impact ordinary people can make by choosing to give. Abundant explores the power of living organ donation through deeply personal stories that remind us how one generous act can ripple through many lives. I would love for you to attend this one-night showing! Please share this information with any friends or family who are curious about living kidney donation. We've also found through previous showings that the film provides a great deal of encouragement to both those in the process of donating and those in the waiting process. It provides hope by sharing stories of strangers who are willing to help someone in need of a kidney.
If you can't attend, I encourage you to consider purchasing a "Pay It Forward" ticket/s to help ensure the event can occur. A minimum number of tickets must be sold to hold the event; you will not be charged if that number is not met. Each ticket is $19. During the ticket purchasing process, you will also see the opportunity to donate to the Gift of Hope Community Foundation.
