PADDED BIKE SHORTS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Maximum weight: 300 pounds
THE pearl will request each student’s weight to ensure safety and excellent experience
Students MUST take a beginner workshop before taking weekly classes starting in December
Wear sneakers, weight lifting gloves, padded cycling shorts (if possible)
Avoid eating for 2 hours before class
May cause motion sickness in some people
Wear hair in a ponytail
Remove all jewelry
Bring water bottle
Arrive at least 15 minutes before class; no late arrivers will be allowed into class
Not suitable for pregnant women or anyone with neurological or cardiac issues
