The Community Foundation of Abilene is honored to host SPUR, a rural nonprofit conference offering nonprofit education led by experienced presenters, connections with peers and community leaders, and engagement with potential funders interested in rural causes.

WHAT? From board governance to capacity building, marketing and communications to donor stewardship and development, our subject-matter experts will share their knowledge specific to the nonprofit landscape.
WHEN?
• Wednesday, Aug. 6 / participant check-in
• Thursday, Aug. 7 / conference day one (full day)
• Friday, Aug. 8 / conference day two (half-day)
WHERE? SPUR will be hosted in a new Texas city each time the conference is hosted. This year, the nonprofit conference will be held at TSTC in Sweetwater, Texas.
