If you’ve been curious about yoga or just need a moment to unwind, the Community Yoga Series at the library is for you. These sessions are open to all experience levels, so whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you’ll feel right at home.
You’ll explore gentle stretches, breath work, and mindfulness techniques to help you feel more grounded and relaxed. It’s a low-pressure, supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself and maybe even meet some like-minded people.
Please bring your own mats if able! A limited supply of mats will be available for the program. Yoga will be held outside, weather permitting.
