For injury recovery, reconnecting with your body, and postpartum healing—at your own pace.

There are seasons in life when we pause—by choice or by circumstance. Whether you’re healing from injury, easing back into movement, or navigating the early days of postpartum, this 6-week yoga series is an invitation to begin again, gently.

Inspired by Trista’s own postpartum journey, Begin Again offers a soft landing. Through mindful movement, breath, and nervous system-supportive practices, you’ll be guided to rebuild trust in your body, rediscover your strength, and move at a pace that feels safe and nourishing.

This class is especially designed for those returning to yoga or trying it for the first time. Variations and rest are always welcome. There’s no pressure to be flexible, strong, or anything other than exactly where you are.

Come just as you are. The mat will meet you there.
