Step into a sacred space of stillness, connection, and renewal at our Women’s Sound Healing Circle. This 90-minute gathering is designed to help you relax deeply, reconnect with your inner self, and gently release what no longer serves you.
We’ll begin with a grounding meditation and intention-setting circle, allowing you to settle into presence and be held in community. From there, you’ll be guided into a sound healing journey featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and soft tones—each vibration designed to bring calm, clarity, and balance to your energy.
To close, we’ll offer quiet time for journaling and an optional sharing circle, allowing you to integrate and reflect on your experience in a supportive environment. No experience is necessary—simply bring an open heart and a willingness to receive.
🌿 What to Bring:
Yoga mat (blankets and eye masks will be provided)
Pillow or cushion
Water
Journal & pen
