Join instructor Sandi Cox for a 75-minute, music-driven, moving meditation. After moving through a guided warmup, a series of short, simple sequences will be introduced.

The sequence will be guided for the first few rounds and then minimal cueing will be provided for the remaining rounds to allow for you to explore the flow guided by your own breath and at your own pace.

Sequences build on each other so that you can explore your own movements and transitions while still feeling supported. The class wraps up with an extended savasana.
