Free Monthly Sound Bath at the Cathedral of St. John

Join Douglas and Lotus Sound Bath at the free monthly sound healing series at the Cathedral of St. John, 318 Silver Ave. SW downtown ABQ. This event is held the first Monday of every month (holidays may affect schedule) and offers a wonderful way to experience sound healing for the first -or 100th time, and to introduce others to the experience in a serene and beautiful surrounding with great acoustics. It's free so bring friends and family and join us to unplug (to recharge!), for a contemplative, meditative, and wonderfully relaxing gathering. We always love welcoming you at St. John's! 🕊️

*Registration is optional, but helpful. Parking and entry on East side. Extra parking in adjoining lot to South, accessed from Lead Ave. Please arrive early, if possible, bring mats, comforters, pillows, etc. per your comfort. There is plenty of seating, also. Please avoid strong fragrances, and NO recording during session. Thank You!
