� Eligibility Criteria:
Contestants must be official members of the Sinhalese Association of Canada

Must currently reside in Canada

Only one category per participant

� Video Submission Guidelines:
Submit your performance video via WhatsApp to:

Include your Full name, Mobile number, email, residential address, and chosen category

� Video Requirements:

Maximum length: 4 minutes

Format: Landscape orientation only

Audio/Visual: Ensure clear sound and video quality

� Submission Deadline: June 11, 2025

� Facebook Voting – First Round:
Voting is based on Facebook reactions (Like �, Love �, etc.)

� Voting closes: June 15, 2025, at 10:00 PM (EST)

Only reactions from real, authentic Facebook accounts are counted

� Suspicious Votes Defined:
Votes may be flagged or disqualified if they come from:

Accounts less than 7 days old

Profiles with no profile photo or no posting history

Any activity suggesting non-human or bot behavior

� The Top 20 contestants with the highest number of valid reactions will move on to the Grand Finale

� Grand Finale – Live Show:
� Date: Saturday, July 5, 2025
� Venue: Scarborough Civic Centre
� All finalists must perform live on stage to remain eligible
� No Facebook Live broadcast – Invite your supporters to attend in person!

� A Facebook voting poll will be opened during the event to collect final votes.

� Announcing category finalists will introduce live stage performances as part of their final presentation.

� Winner Selection Process:
Winners will be selected from each category based on:

� Facebook poll results during the event

� Final evaluation by the organizing committee

� Winners will be announced and awarded immediately following the finale voting closure.

� General Rules & Consent:
Only one entry per participant

Videos must be original, appropriate, and suitable for public viewing

All submitted materials may be used for event promotions

� Any form of vote manipulation or rule violations will lead to disqualification

The committee is not responsible for technical issues on WhatsApp or Facebook

� By submitting an entry, you agree to all rules and accept the committee's final decision as binding
