Join us for a compassionate, adaptive movement series designed for individuals living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). This workshop creates a supportive space to explore movement safely, build strength, and improve quality of life—on your terms.

What You’ll Experience
This lab-style series focuses on small, consistent changes that add up to greater energy, mobility, and body trust. You’ll:

Improve joint range of motion and muscle activation

Discover ways to reduce fatigue through efficient movement patterns

Learn balance strategies to prevent falls and increase daily confidence

Build a personalized toolbox of techniques to support movement in daily life

Key Skills & Concepts You'll Learn

Breathing for energy conservation and nervous system regulation

Seated, standing, and floor-based movement options

Motor control and movement sequencing

Adapted strength training with resistance bands and props

Gait and walking support

Visual and vestibular balance drills

This workshop is designed for individuals diagnosed with MS at any stage, as well as those with similar neuro-muscular conditions. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or years into your journey, the MS Movement Lab meets you where you are.
