Southern Nights ft Lilli Lewis and Mia Borders

Southern Nights is an intimate Americana songwriter series presented by BlackAmericana Fest, celebrating storytelling, community, and the rich musical roots of New Orleans and the Mississippi River Delta. Curated by Dusky Waters, each evening showcases performances by talented women songwriters, culminating in a collaborative “superset” where all artists unite to honor the songs of their musical heroines. This series offers a heartfelt tribute to the legacy of Black women in Americana music, fostering a space for connection, cultural reflection, and artistic celebration.
