It's our 10 Year Anniversary (!) and we're having a block party!
Join us on 4th street on the longest day of the year, from Gaskill to Catherine Street for 5 city blocks of local food, shopping, games, live music, and more! Two stages at either end of the street festival will have live music, plus live DJs in the middle at Cratediggaz (711 S. 4th Street).
We have a packed line up for the day: Beginning at noon we will have a live painting by Philly Mural artist Alloyius Mcilwaine. We'll be raffling off the painting (and a few other goodies), to raise money in support of Shannon Turner, 'Best of Philly' Cabaret artist, vocal coach, disability advocate, and all around Philly badass. Don't worry if you come later in the day, we'll be selling raffle tickets all day, so don't miss out on the opportunity to both own an original Alloyius Mcilwaine piece, while simultaneously supporting an amazing Philly artist!
During the afternoon, we'll have a free sampling from St. Agrestis, and some fantastic empanadas from Amy's Pastellios! Outside, we'll have a beer trailer, outdoor games, and a lounge area where you can enjoy your beer, plus specialty drinks for the day - we'll have some sangria, refreshing cocktail options, and wines by the glass!
