In this 75-minute activation practice, Doralicia will guide you through a powerful journey that includes:
🌿 Tapping to awaken the energetic body
🌿 Balancing postures to cultivate focus and harmony
🌿 Pranayama techniques including Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) and Breath of Fire to clear and invigorate
🌿 Strong standing poses to ignite the empowering energy of love, compassion, and well-being that lives in your heart center
We’ll close with deeply nourishing backbends, an extended Savasana, and sound healing accompanied by aromatherapy, allowing you to fully integrate the experience.
