Please call the SWDH in Weiser at 208-549-2370 or the SWDH in Payette at 208-642-9321 to schedule your appointment. Just a reminder that ACHC cannot help with scheduling or questions, so please make sure to call one of those numbers to schedule an appointment or if you have any questions regarding WIC services.
