Pop-Up Pâtisserie @ The Depot! 🥐💋

Welcome to the first of many pop-up pâtisseries to launch my business, Coquette Pâtisserie! Please join me on Friday, June 20th from 2:00-6:00 at the beautiful, historic Cascade Street Station in Fergus Falls (423 S. Cascade St.)

This event will introduce you to some of the traditional French pastries I’ve been learning to make over the last year in culinary school, including fruit tarts, meringues, macarons, eclairs, and the long-awaited ONLY scratch-made croissants and pain au chocolat in the entire region 😍
