Wednesday Workshop | HU

This Wednesday Workshop focuses on head up flying skills with coaching by Camilla Bro.

Get started with head up, fine tune your skills or get stronger by sharing time while getting tips from our experienced coach.

What?
- Price is 790 NOK per person
- Maximum of 6 people.
- Each person gets 7.5 minutes
- Shared flying means you’ll actually fly 15–22.5 minutes, or even more if you fly in larger groups!

Meet up at least 19:00 for briefing
Flying at 20:00 & 21:00

Minimum Requirements
* Beginner: Flyer must be able to back fly on 75%, and do back to belly transitions (can be on lower speed).
* Intermediate: Flyer must be able to do a transition to HU without assistance and fly on a speed of 80% and more.
* Advanced: Flyer can hold a solid HU position in their quadrant of the tunnel and bail without crossing their quadrant lines.
