Mitchell Cat Creek Farms is a cow calf operation that also finishes grass fed beef. They sell beef direct to consumers and are working to adopt regenerative practices that help restore soil health and function. They use bale grazing and unrolling coupled with adaptive grazing management methods to provide fertility and improve their ecosystem function.
