Part 2 of her Healthy Aging series, Jennifer will lead us in an yoga, breathwork, meditation & other theme-based education, integrated practices, and group sharing around taking care of the physical, emotional, and spiritual heart.
Jennifer’s experience at Michigan Heart and Vascular Institute as a Yoga Therapist, and 20 years of teaching yoga, inspired her to bring classes to yogis of all levels on healthy aging. Yoga provides the benefit of moderate exercise, improving circulation and blood flow, healthy lifestyle choices, community, and reduced stress. Each monthly “Healthy Aging” session will provide a different theme on taking care of our physical, emotional, and spiritual hearts. Classes include accessible movements on the mat, breathing practices, reflections/education and meditations.
