Relax and recharge with an individual reiki session offered by level 3 reiki practitioner Amy. Times are available as above.
Reiki is an extended guided meditation for people of all spiritual walks of life. Your appointment will begin with a check in and setting of an intention. The session will begin with soft music and a guided meditation encouraging the participant to relax. Once relaxed reiki will begin and involves hands on or slightly above the body to encourage further relaxation. Aromatherapy will be given throughout the session and a blessing will be offered at the end of the session. Chakra testing and clearing and exposure to rocks and crystals are optional. There will also be a post session check in. Sessions take approximately 1 1/2 hours. Wear comfy clothes and bring your favorite beverage.
