Put on your bowling shoes and get ready for a night of strikes, spares, and smiles at our Vision Bowl event! This exciting evening brings together friends, family, and supporters for a fun-filled bowling tournament, all while raising funds for the Low Vision Services at Vision Resources of Central Pennsylvania!
Teams of 4 people bowl a total of 2 games. The first game is practice, while for the second game each team member wears simulation glasses that represent 4 of the primary eye diseases causing Low Vision: glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy and cataracts. Trophies and medals are awarded for the high scoring team and individual of the second game. Each team of 4 receives the 2 games, shoe rental, event shirt, soft drinks and food for each member.
