Come play hits from the 80s by learning songs from artists like Billy Idol, Devo, Cyndi Lauper, Van Halen and much more in our 80's Rock workshop. Great for kids 9-17 with some or lots of experience!
The '80s brought us a wave of new sounds and genres and produced hits that still rock the airwaves today. In this Workshop, we will perform hits from artists like Billy Idol, Journey, Cyndi Lauper, Van Halen, Flock of Seagulls, and more. Monday through Friday will be spent learning and practicing songs from the '80s, culminating in a live performance. Great for students 7-18 years of age who have had some previous instruction.
Camp runs Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 2:30pm each day
Each day consists of rehearsals, practice time and fun music-based games and activities. On Friday, campers will play and perform the songs theyβve been working on throughout the week!
Students can expect an exciting and educational week of learning music taught by our talented camp instructors. Each day, students will be asked to bring lunch, snacks, and water.
