10am arrival for refreshments and introduction to the day

Our day will commence with the wellness walk

12.30pm approx returning for a delicious lunch at the Three Churches

our afternoon will commence with a sound bath session

afternoon refreshments with "make & create"

you will also receive a parting wellness gift from the team
