Wild Yoga – an unfolding of the Body
Series of four Wednesday sessions: 2, 9, 16, 23 July 2025, 3pm – 4pm
Take this opportunity to slow down, to reconnect with the natural world around and inside you. To come alive and celebrate your ‘wildness’. Unwind and celebrate moving with lightness and stability. Using focused breath work, simple yoga postures and relaxation we begin to access the body’s inner intelligence. Katy brings her love of the natural world and her training as a dancer to her Scaravelli inspired yoga practise.
Katy is a ‘Woodlander’, as well as a qualified yoga teacher with 20 years experience, Shinrin-Yoku practitioner and Natural Mindfulness guide. Katy owns and manages a small woodland in the Taw valley with her husband and is director of Courage Copse Creatives CIC who use the Arts, in the broadest sense, to connect people to place and nature and their own creativity and well- being. She trained with the Inner Yoga Trust (accredited with the British Wheel of Yoga).
