Fitness in the Park (event 4 of 5): Moms on the Run: Cardio Intervals & Strength Training Session

Location: Shelter B, Casperson Park
What to Expect: Join us for a dynamic, coach-lead cardio and strength training workout in the park! Our programming is designed for all fitness levels and age ranges (kids are welcome to join alongside their adult), and while Moms on the Run is traditionally a women's fitness group, our Pan O Prog event is Co-ed! Invite your family and friends to join in on the fun! We will start with a dynamic warmup, followed by about 45 min of alternating between blocks of cardio (walking, walk/run or running intervals) and strength training blocks. We will end with a cool down and stretch. We look forward to meeting you at Fitness in the Park!
Optional Equipment (we will have alternatives/extras for any equipment you don't have): Dumbbells (5-10 lbs recommended), water bottle, and yoga mat or beach towel for mat work
