5k Your Way July Meet Up

Join us along with Teifi Marshes Parkrun for our first Teifi Marshes 5K Your Way meet up. A free event for anyone living with or beyond cancer or affected by cancer (family, friends, those working in cancer care) to get together and walk, jog or run 5k, to support or just to chat over a cuppa.
