What does it mean to be resilient?
We live in a time of rapid change, full of conflict and stress, as the natural world fragments around us. But change is as old as the hills - and the old stories hold plenty of wisdom about meeting these challenges.

This new workshop is an exploration of resilience in ourselves, our communities and in the living world around us.

- Explore old myths and legends about resilience, humour and courage
- Discover the stories that lie within you, waiting to help you connect and navigate change
- Be inspired by the wonder and resilience of the natural world in Dartmoor’s wildest places

Treat yourself to an inspiring day in Dartmoor’s wildest places, led by storyteller, folklorist and author Lisa Schneidau. Take a pause to reconnect with the natural world, hear some of the old stories around the fire, and explore your own connection to land and place.

This workshop will leave you heartened and with a fresh perspective on the world.
