2 days Workshops description:
Basic Handstand - All levels:
In this beginner's workshop, I provide the participants a solid base and the tools from which they can take their handstand practice to a higher level safely and efficiently. Some of the topics covered are: physical and technical preparation for handstand, correct handstand alignment, balance strategies, spotting, programming, and more...

Intermediate / Advanced:
This workshop is intended for people who have already spent a considerable amount of time practicing handstands and can hold a solid handstand for at least 30 seconds. Some of the topics covered are: refinement of handstand alignment in different positions, presses and mounts to handstand, one arm handstand and more....

Prices:
Basic workshop*:
1 session of 2h : 45 euros
2 sessions (Saturday and Sunday) of 2h : 85 euros

Inter/advanced workshop*:
1 session of 3h : 70 euros
2 sessions of 3h (Saturday and Sunday) : 135 euros

The whole week end/4 sessions (for intermediate and advanced only) : 200 euros

*It is advise to take both sessions per level, each session will have different topics. But it is also possible to take only 1 session for this workshop.
