Paper Flowers Workshop - Meconopsis

Join us for a creative morning where we’ll create the stunning Meconopsis (Himalayan blue Poppies) from beautiful hand dyed Italian crepe paper.
In this relaxed and friendly session, led by Jen O'Flaherty from @edinburgh_paper_flowers , we will bring the iconic Meconopsis to life, petal by petal. You’ll learn how to cut, shape, and assemble your very own paper poppy, as well as tips on dyeing and colouring crepe.
Whether you’re completely new to paper flowers or an experienced crafter, this class is for you. You’ll leave with a beautiful finished flower and the skills to recreate these blooms again and again.
All materials provided and refreshments will be served (please let us know if you have any dietary requirements).
Following the workshop why not have a wander around the garden, enjoy a light lunch in our tearoom or partake in a spot of retail therapy in our plant and gift shop.
The workshop will be held inside Branklyn House, there are six steps to negotiate to access the interior of the house.
