Contra Dance with Calico & Mary Wesley

Join us for a traditional New England contra dance at the East Thetford Pavilion. All dances are taught, and beginners and singles are always welcome. There will be pot-luck snacks at the break, so please feel free to bring something to share. Our caller will offer a introductory / refresher session at 7:10 pm for newcomers or those who want to review the basics. Please bring clean non-marking shoes to help protect our dance floor!

Mary Wesley is a dance leader, caller, and organizer for contras, squares, morris, and family and community dances. She is also a founding member of the Mad Robin Callers Collective! A native of Vermont, she travels throughout New England and beyond to follow and share her love of dance. Whether at a scheduled dance, a school event, a wedding, a festival or a private party, Maryβs friendly enthusiasm is sure to please.
Dances are $15 ($20 dance supporters!) (16 and under $5)
