NEW Teen Weightlifting Class! A summer program at Verde Valley Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Learn how to lift weights and build strength for martial arts and other sports such as football, wrestling, basketball, baseball, softball, lacrosse, etc. Co-ed.

This is a FOUR-WEEK program held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3 p.m. weekly, starting Tuesday, July 1st, through Thursday, July 24th.
Designed for students ages 10 - 16.
