Yoga Happy Hour: Deep Hip Opening Flow
Advertisement
Our hips do more than just support the body’s movement—they carry the physical weight of our daily lives and the emotional weight of our experiences. This mindful yoga flow is designed to gently unlock tension in the hips, an area where stress, anxiety, and unexpressed emotions often reside.
Through a series of hip-opening poses, we’ll stretch and strengthen the surrounding muscles—glutes, hamstrings, inner thighs, groin, and lower back—creating space and ease where tightness once lived. Whether your hips are tight from long hours at a desk, intense physical activity, or emotional holding, this practice offers an opportunity to release and restore.
Expect a thoughtful sequence that encourages mobility, improves posture, and supports healthy joints, while also allowing you to connect inward and let go of stored tension. This class is beneficial for everyone—especially runners, cyclists, dancers, and anyone seeking greater freedom in both body and mind.
Join us and move through what you’re holding—one breath, one pose at a time.
This event is part of our Yoga Happy Hour series, featuring a different teacher and practice every 2nd Friday at 5:30 PM. These donation-based community classes are open to all and centered around connection, accessibility, and care.
