Welcome to the Jack Daniels Pairing Dinner! Join us for an evening of delicious food and perfectly paired Jack Daniels spirits. This event will be held at Main Street Events by 1885 (4975 N Main Street), where you can enjoy a unique dining experience surrounded by great company.
First Course: Rye Heritage Barrel paired with smoked pork belly pinwheels in a sweet and savory Jack Daniels BBQ Sauce.
Second Course: 14 Year paired with an arugula salad topped with burnt sugar candied walnuts, aged gouda, and dried apple pieces. Tossed in a molasses vinaigrette.
Third Course: Coy Hill paired with a grilled ribeye, mashed sweet potatoes and roasted vegetables.
Dessert: 12 Year paired with a house made brown sugar ice cream topped with grilled banana fosters.
