Wine Dinner- July 9th

We are excited to announce a wine dinner in July. The idea: Have four wonderful wines hand-selected by Ray. Chef with then pair four plates to pair with each wine.

Welcome hour is at 5:00pm and the dinner will start promptly at 6:00. The food menu has yet to be decided, but here are the wines:

Peter Franus Grenache Blanc (Lake County, ’23)
Illumination Sauvignon Blanc (Napa & Sonoma, ’23)
Martinelli β€˜Bella Vigna’ Pinot Noir (Sonoma Coast, ’22)
Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (Reserve- St. Helena,CA, ’20)
