Would you like to learn more about or apply for the Ohio Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP)? Let our “Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program Advocate” assist you!

Advocates can:
- help you download the mobile app used for spending your benefits
- teach you how to manage your benefits in the mobile app
- locate your benefit balance
- assist with your application for benefits

Program eligible adults must:
- be a resident of Ohio;
- be 60 years of age or older;
- and meet income eligibility guidelines.

What to bring with you if you have it:
- Your email address and the password to access your email if using the mobile app, Homegrown Benefits
- The physical SFMNP card(s) you received last year (if you have one)
