This isn’t just a party. It’s a celebration of homeownership as the norm, and a community-wide reminder that ownership is achievable for more people than ever before.
As part of this event:
We’ll honor Habitat homeowners who have fully paid off their mortgages in a powerful mortgage burning ceremony—a symbol of full-circle stability.
We’ll celebrate Pittsfield residents who purchased homes in 2024–2025, uplifting new beginnings and community milestones.
Guests will enjoy a BBQ with neighbors, family, and friends.
Most importantly, we’ll invite community input: What should we build next? What does your dream neighborhood look like? This is the beginning of a deeper dialogue.
