Calling all new mamas!
Still feeling a bit disconnected from your body after baby? Not sure where to start with healing your core—or how to even make space for you in the middle of it all?
Let me gently say: you’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it out solo.
Join us for a 6-week postpartum recovery group designed for moms who want to feel strong, supported, and connected—physically and emotionally. We meet once a week (Thursdays at 9:30AM starting July 31), in-person in Pacifica or from your cozy living room via Zoom (yes, PJ’s welcome ).
- Babies are welcome.
- All props are provided
- Parking is available around the studio
- And the space is full of other mamas walking a similar path
Each week we’ll focus on a specific part of your healing journey -from breath and core connection to pelvic floor recovery, posture resets, and daily strength for mama life.
This is not about bouncing back.
It’s about building forward - stronger, more supported, and more in tune with your incredible body.
