Summer Sound Bath: Rest. Reset. Realign. (Adults Only)

Join us for a calming, adults-only sound bath to rest, reset, and realign your nervous system. We’ll use crystal singing bowls and other gentle instruments in a quiet, trauma-informed space designed to help you unwind and reconnect with yourself.

This event is donation-based and open to anyone aged 14 and up.

What to Bring:

A mat or blanket to lay on

Optional: a pillow and water bottle for extra comfort
