SAMA: Yarn Art

Society for the Appreciation of Manga and Anime is open to all 6-12th graders, no matter your familiarity with anime and manga – you might find a new obsession! Snacks and coloring/drawing supplies will be available while we hang out and chat about all things anime, manga, and other fandoms. This month’s bonus activity is yarn art – create anything you can think up with yarn plus additional supplies that will be on hand. Yarn enthusiast Ashley Boley will be available to show interested teens some knitting basics. You’re welcome to bring your own knitting/crochet supplies and projects, too!
