Ravioli Class

Hands on ravioli making class. In this class you will make my families traditional pasta dough using TIPO “00” flour from Italy and egg. You will get to take your handmade ravioli home! Then, sit down and eat ravioli in a tomato basil sauce that has been simmering all day. Meal includes a salad with my mothers simple delicious dressing and fresh bread. A magical experience!
