Summer Community Day

You’re invited to a fun-filled day! This special family-oriented event will feature exciting activities, outstanding exhibits, fun games, and much more. Whether you’re a long-time KIA enthusiast or a first-time visitor, this event will provide something for everyone in the family to enjoy.

11am: Community Day Begins!
11am–5pm: Summer scavenger hunt in the galleries
11am–2pm: Candy Charcuterie Table in the Kirk Newman Art School Commons
11am–2pm: Enjoy Art Projects like coloring sheets, a doodle table, popsicle pop art, and painting with alternative tools (think fly swatters and pool noodles). Outside, we’ll have giant Connect Four, yard tic-tac-toe, ladderball, and sidewalk chalk!
11:30am and 1:15pm: Enjoy storytime with “Sticks” by Diane Alber in the library
2pm: Community Day ends
