Community Health Fair

Join us on Saturday, June 21, 2025 from 3-5pm for a free community health fair at The Well!

Local partners and providers will offer health screenings and services, including:
-Dental health
-Brain health & memory screenings
-Heart health
-Vision checks
-Cancer screenings
-Blood pressure
-Cholesterol
-Glucose
-STI
-Much more

This initiative invites the community to participate in community health services with the goal to provide preventative care that lessens the likelihood of life-threatening illnesses that often go undiagnosed and untreated.

Event will feature a Kids Corner with family-friendly activities.
