We provide bolsters, blankets, eye masks, and relaxing essential oils. You can bring a yoga mat to lie on or you can rent one for $3.
You also have the option for an additional $10 to use an aerial hammock so you are literally floating in space, suspended in the hammock, with the sound waves surrounding your whole body. It is a very relaxing, cocoon-like experience.
