POUND Unplugged is a 30-minute class that balances focused, higher-intensity exercises followed by restorative movements, rhythmic breathing and meditation.

If you’ve been to Danielle’s classes before, you know she is passionate about empowering people to move in fun ways that feel good. She provides inclusive options for all bodies and abilities.

Quick, efficient and challenging, the workout guides participants through a deeply intentional journey designed to promote the health and fitness of the whole person – mental, physical and emotional.

Using exercise drumsticks, POUND Unplugged connects mind, body and sound to create immersive, sensory experiences unlike anything you’ve experienced in a group fitness class.

The workout is mainly done in one spot and can be done with indoor runners or barefoot. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and an open mind to FUN!

The POUND Unplugged class will be followed by a separate yoga class to nourish, refresh, and rejuvenate.
