Intro to Vinyasa (Flow) Yoga

There are many styles of yoga that one can practice. This is an introduction to Vinyasa yoga. This style of yoga links breath to movement, allowing one to “flow” from one movement/pose/asana to another.
We will go through some of the poses that we will use in the full sequence. We will learning how to set our bodies in the proper space/place and what modifications or props might be best for where you are at in your practice.
All experienced yogis know how important modifications are in allowing us to go from where we are at currently, to where we would like to get to, so please, come and see how you too can do yoga.
All classes in the month of June are free. Please sign up with the link below. Please bring a yoga mat and any props you may already have.
