Capabilities Cares- Pediatric Equipment Swap

We know how challenging it can be to obtain equipment for your child. Capabilities is dedicated to serving the kids in our community. We will have equipment on site for you to try and Pediatric PTs/OTs to help fit your child and make any modifications needed. You then take the items home for free! We are accepting donations of used equipment or medical supplies that you have outgrown or no longer need so we can pass to another family. You do not have to donate to claim an item!
