Jose Diaz is the Director of Worship for Global Catalytic Ministries (GCM), a disciple-making movement founded in Iran that now trains leaders in 71 countries. GCM focuses on planting churches in some of the world’s most challenging regions, including Iran, Gaza, Afghanistan, and Pakistan, and has equipped over 14,000 disciple-makers globally. Operating in 71% of the Middle East/North Africa and 53% of the 10/40 window, Jose leads efforts to build worship hubs that fuel apostolic movements and mentor Gen Z worship leaders inspired by the underground church.
